Prayer for the President
Dear Father God, You tell us in Your Word to pray for those in leadership positions and Lord we come before You on behalf of our President. Lord we ask that You give him wisdom and guidance. We ask Lord that You surround him with godly men and women who know You and are seeking to do Your will. We ask that when he is faced with tough decisions that Your Holy Spirit will give him revelation knowledge and he will know what You have called him to do. Lord we ask that You will protect him and guide him, his staff, and his team in their travels. Lord God, we thank You for hearing and answering our prayer and we pray that You will be honored and glorified in our nation now and forever. In Jesus' name, AMEN

Prayer for the Vice-President
Dear Father God, Thank you for Your love and Your goodness. Lord, You tell us to pray for those in leadership positions and Lord, we bring before You the vice-president of the United States. We ask Lord God that You grant him wisdom and guidance, that he would be a support to the president, and that they would work together in unity for this nation. We ask that You would protect him and his family Lord God. Please keep him safe. Help him to be a peacemaker when there is strife on the team. Lord God, we thank You for hearing and answering our prayer. We pray You will be glorified and honored in our nation, now and forever. Amen

Prayer for Staff and Employees of the White House
Dear Lord God, Thank You for the staff and employees at the White House. Each one has a special job. We pray they will be diligent to do their job - that it may bring glory to You Lord God. We pray they will be a support to those who live in the White House. We also pray that all those who visit the White House will be blessed by You, Lord God, that they will know that You started this government for the purpose of worshiping You freely. We pray that You will keep them safe, that they may live a quiet and peaceful life. Thank You for hearing and answering our prayer. May You receive honor and glory now and forever. Amen

Prayer for Secretary of Defense
Dear Lord God, we come to You on behalf of the Secretary of Defense. We ask Lord God that You grant him wisdom and guidance as he serves in this office. We pray that he would be wise in the assigning of troops; that he would be guided by Your Holy Spirit in this matter. We ask Lord God that You would protect him, that You would help him to be a support to the president and that he would listen to your Holy Spirit for guidance with our nation. Prayer for Speaker of the House
Lord God we thank You and praise You for being Lord of all. We know You are Omniscient, and we ask You give our Speaker of the House wisdom and guidance as he leads the House of Representatives. Father we pray You would protect him, guide him and direct him by your Holy Spirit. We thank You for hearing our requests. We pray You will be honored and glorified in our nation now and forever. In Jesus' name AMEN.

Prayer for U.S. Senators
Dear Father God, we thank You and praise You for Your love and goodness to us. We ask Lord God that You give wisdom and guidance to our senators as they pass laws that will affect our military men, women, and our nation. We pray that our senators would be godly, that they would be lead by your Holy Spirit and that if they don't know You that they would come to know You, Lord God, through Your son Jesus. We pray for protection for our senators and their families. We pray You would bless them and help them to lead godly lives. We give You honor and praise and thanksgiving that Your glory will endure forever. Thank You Father for hearing our prayer. In Jesus' name. Amen

Dear Lord God You are such a loving God and You are interested in every part of our lives. Each person has a special place: his/her work is important to You. Lord, we pray for the staff and employees of the senators, that You would protect them and their families, that You would help them to support the senators, that they would be godly in their job. Dear Father God, we come to You on behalf or our nation, for our representatives. We pray Father God that You would protect them and their families. We pray that You would keep them safe when they are apart from one another. We pray You would give wisdom and guidance to our representatives as they make decisions for our nation and our military. Father, may they hear from Your Holy Spirit before they vote. May they live godly lives that would be pleasing to You Lord God. May they come to know You Lord God through Your son Jesus. Prayer for the Staff and Employees of the US Representatives
Dear Lord God, You are a Holy and awesome God. We thank You for those who are on the staff of the US Representative, for those who are employed by them. Father, we pray that what they do will aid and assist our leaders. We pray You would protect and guide them and their families. We pray You would give them rest when they have to work long hours. May they be blessed by Your Holy Spirit, and may they live godly lives. We pray they would be a support to their representative and that they would be supportive to their co-workers. Prayer for the Joint Chief of Staff Chairman
Dear Father God, We come to You on behalf of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Oh Lord we ask for wisdom and guidance for our Chairman. We ask Lord that You would show him what steps need to be taken to keep this nation safe. We pray for safe journey mercies for him as he travels to meet the troops. We pray You will surround him with godly men and women who love You Lord. Your Word declares that where there is an abundance of counselors there will be victory. We pray for Your will to be done. Prayer for the Joint Chief of Staff Vice- Chairman
Dear Lord God, we lift up to You the Vice Chairman, we ask that You give him wisdom and guidance for our military. We pray he will assist the Chairman in making the decisions for our military. We pray You would meet his needs and protect him. Thank You, Lord for hearing our requests.

Prayer for the Joint Chief of Staff -Director
Dear Father God we come before You on behalf of the Director, we ask Lord You would give him wisdom, guidance and protection that he may make wise decisions. Thank You Lord.

Prayer for Offices of Chiefs of Staff
Dear Lord God we pray You would assist each chief of staff whether they be in the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, or Coast Guard Commander. We pray You would give them wisdom and guidance for their respective divisions of the military. Father help them to know what is best for their division of the military, protect them as they help to keep this country safe. Oh Lord, Guide them and direct them. Provide for them godly men and women who will be praying for them as they make their decisions. Thank you Lord God.

Staff and employees of the Pentagon
Dear Father, we pray for those who work at the Pentagon, we pray for their safety, we pray they would be blessed at their job and that You would give them strength and enthusiasm while doing their job. We pray for peace within the Pentagon, that they would be working as a team to keep our nation safe from evil or terrorism. Please keep their families safe Lord God. Thank You for wisdom and guidance for our leaders. Thank You for the staff and employees who work at the Pentagon. We pray Your angels will surround the Pentagon in the Name of Jesus. Thank you Lord.

Combatant Commands
Dear Lord we pray You would give wisdom and guidance to each commander of the nine commands. Lord, we pray for the safety of each one, for strength for each one to complete their mission, and that they will receive godly counsel from others in the beginning, in the middle, and upon completion of the work You have for each command. We pray for the safety of each command and each military service person in that command. Thank You Lord for hearing our requests. In Jesus' name. Amen

All Military Bases
Dear Father God, we lift to You all of our military bases on our soil and overseas, wherever they are located. Oh God, protect the bases and those who are serving our country. Lord God, give wisdom and guidance to the commanders of the bases, to the security police on the base. We pray that they may be alert to evil forces and they may be quick to act when something seems array or suspicious. We pray that those civilians around the bases will be praying for the military, so that the military may keep our country safe. We pray for a good relationship between the bases and the community in which the bases are located. We pray for peace on and around each base. Lord, just as You placed angels around carriers, please place angels around our bases. We pray that the commanders will make wise decisions regarding the base and the community. We pray they will come to know You, Lord God and Jesus Your Son. We thank You for hearing and answering our prayers, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Aircraft Carriers/Destroyers/Guided Missile cruisers/LHAs, LHDs, and MCS, Frigates, LSDs/LPDs, Coast Guard Cutters, Airplanes, Helicopters and Military Planes
Dear Father God, we come to You on behalf of all those on carriers, ships, and aircrafts that are traveling on the seas and in the skies. Oh Father, You are the great Creator of the skies and seas. We pray for safe journey mercies for each one traveling on the seas and each one traveling in the air. We pray for wisdom and guidance for all who are at the control of each vessel or aircraft. We pray for protection for each military service personnel on sea or in the air. Oh Lord God we pray You would have mercy upon them and grant them a safe journey. Grant each military person wisdom and guidance to do their job to the best of their ability. Help them to work as a team to ensure our nation is kept safe from harm. Thank you Lord, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Reserve Military/National Guard
Father God, we pray for those in the reserves. Thank You for them. We pray You would be with them and help them in their jobs now. And should they be called to duty, please be with their family and keep them safe. When the reservists are called to duty, please keep them safe and help them to do their best in service to their country. In the name of Jesus. Amen

Retired Military
Dear Lord God, we thank you for those who have served in the military to keep our country safe. We pray You would bless them that they may have a peaceful life. Father we pray You would meet their needs. If they have any problems from their service in the military, please guide them to get help so that they may have a pleasant life. Bless them, Oh Lord God in the name of Jesus. Amen

MIA/POW (Missing in Action/Prisoners of War)
Dear Father, Only You know if there are any MIA/POWs left from any wars. We pray You would guide and protect them and lead them to freedom. Please keep them safe and may they be free in You Lord God. May others become aware of them Lord, that they may be freed in order to live with their families again and to live a peaceful life. In Jesus' name.
